    One-on-One coaching sessions are designed to help gain clarity regarding your strengths, values, and skills, and to use this knowledge to develop a practical action plan to remove any roadblocks getting in your way, and propel you toward achieving your goals. Coaching sessions are offered in packages of three months or six months, meeting weekly or every two weeks (it’s your call). Individual sessions are also available, but three months of coaching is recommended to achieve the best results.

  • Organizations

    ONE-ON-ONE COACHING - Invest in your top talent by providing one-on-one coaching sessions. Individual coaching packages are available as well as organizational coaching bundles.

    GROUP COACHING - Group coaching allows clients to support each other on their journeys toward career satisfaction. Individual coaching is always available to supplement the group coaching experience.

    WORKSHOPS - Customized workshops can be designed based on your organizational needs to enhance leadership and performance at various career stages.

  • Create Awareness

    During the discovery phase, you will learn so much about your key strengths, values, motivators, and unique gifts. We’ll explore any external factors, limiting beliefs, habits, and patterns so you can understand how your current thoughts are supporting you or holding you back from experiencing an engaging, challenging, and satisfying professional life. We’ll also define what success means to you so that we have a clear understanding of your goals. This discovery stage lays the foundation for the work ahead.

  • Develop a Plan

    We’ll consider aspects of your current situation and career goals (including advancement and promotion, career transition, leadership, and professional identity), to develop a strategic professional development plan to help you overcome that self-doubt and create new habits that will enable you to enhance your performance or make the changes you need to make your vision a reality. We’ll break down this strategy into reasonable, achievable, and measurable steps, setting you up for the success you deserve.

  • Take Action

    It’s up to you to implement the plan that we’ve developed, but I will be by your side to champion and support you, and most especially to help you remain accountable to your plan. I’ll also be by your side to help you address any challenges that may pop up along the way so that you can achieve the results you have envisioned for yourself.
